Zakres zadania: zakup specjalistycznego 9-osobowego busa dla Środowiskowego Domu Samopomocy w Osinie wyposażonego w windę oraz miejsce przystosowane do kotwiczenia wózków inwalidzkich.  

Realizacja zadania, ułatwiając transport niepełnosprawnego ruchowo uczestnika, przyczyni się do zmniejszenia barier transportowych osób niepełnosprawnych umożliwiając im lepszy dostęp do rehabilitacji społecznej i korzystania z działań terapeutycznych oferowanych w ośrodku wsparcia. Dodatkowo w wyniku projektu zwiększą się możliwości realizacji innych form terapii czy rehabilitacji społecznej podopiecznych ŚDS i korzystania z oferty kulturalnej, które wymagają wyjazdu do miasta Barlinka czy innych miejscowości, jak np. przeglądów talentów, zawodów sportowych dla uczestników, czy innych spotkań integracyjnych na zaproszenie innych ośrodków.

 

Źródła finansowania: środki Państwowego Funduszu Rehabilitacji Osób Niepełnosprawnych (PFRON) w ramach „Programu wyrównywania różnic między regionami III”

Szacowana wartość zadania: 210 tys. zł.

Wysokość dofinansowania: 151 tys. zł.

Termin realizacji projektu: wrzesień 2026r.
